One of the most common misconceptions about owning a listed or period property is that it must be expensive to insure, if you contact a non-specialist that is likely to be the case. However, at Listed and Period Homes we have a dedicated insurance company which is able to offer a wide range of different policies, whether this is your main residence or second home.
With some of our specialist policies, we are able to offer a fixed price three year insurance cover that ensures no price increases. With others we are able to provide cover if you are planning renovations or building work to your property.
For new purchases, we can liaise with your solicitor or mortgage provider and ensure the exchange and completion is not delayed by insurance. We will provide them with written confirmation of cover and any policy details they may require.
We do not operate via a call centre; we have experienced staff, offering a personal service. Your cover can be arranged with just one telephone call, and our commitment to customer service means that we are available until 7.00pm from Monday to Friday and until midday on Saturday.
